Quality guaranteed – and service when something goes wrong
At Made for Tools, we only sell products we truly believe in. Still, it can happen that something breaks or doesn’t work as it should. No worries – we’re here to help with a quick and appropriate solution.
Warranty period
Almost all products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty, usually 6 to 24 months, depending on the brand and product type. In many cases, this is listed in the product description or manual.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical failures that occur during normal use. For example, a power tool that no longer starts, or a component that comes loose without misuse.
Please note: Damage caused by incorrect use, wear and tear, poor maintenance, or disassembling the product yourself is not covered. Not sure? We’re happy to check it with you.
Requesting a repair
Is your product defective or not working properly? Send us an email at info@madefortools.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and – if possible – a photo or video of the defect.
Our team will review your request and work with you to find the best and fastest solution. This might be a repair, a replacement part, a product swap, or forwarding it to the manufacturer.
Out of warranty?
Is the warranty expired, or does the issue fall outside the warranty terms? No problem – we’ll still do our best to help. In many cases, we can provide parts or assist with a repair at a fair cost.
