Shipping and Delivery at Made for Tools

Fast delivery, securely packed, and always traceable

At Made for Tools, we ensure a fast and reliable delivery of your order. Whether you're located in the Netherlands or Belgium – we make sure your tools arrive quickly and in good condition.

Delivery Time

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible – in most cases, this happens on the same working day. Occasionally, we or the carrier may need an extra day. That’s why we generally aim for a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including a track & trace code so you can easily follow your package.

Partial Deliveries and Backorders

At Made for Tools, you can also order products that are currently out of stock. These items will be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as they become available again.

If you order multiple items – some of which are in stock and others with a longer delivery time – the default delivery time will be based on the item with the longest lead time. We collect your complete order and ship everything at once once all items are ready. This keeps things clear and helps reduce unnecessary transport movements.

Would you prefer to receive the in-stock items earlier? That’s possible. Just contact us via info@madefortools.com or give us a call. In consultation, we can arrange a partial delivery – sometimes with a small additional charge for extra shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

We offer fair and transparent shipping rates. The higher your order value, the less you pay – and for larger orders, we’ll cover the shipping costs entirely.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order is processed and ready for shipment, you’ll automatically receive an email with track & trace information. In most cases, your tracking will become active from 21:00 that evening.

Sometimes, the link may initially show limited details, such as the expected delivery time. No worries – this information will update automatically once your package is scanned at the carrier's depot. That way, you’ll know exactly when to expect your tools.

Our Carriers

We work with UPS and GLS for all our deliveries. It is not possible to select a preferred carrier yourself. We always choose the most efficient shipping method based on the contents of your order, the destination, and the optimal delivery speed. This ensures a fast and reliable delivery – hassle-free.

Not home during delivery?

No problem. In most cases, the delivery driver will attempt delivery again later, leave the package with a neighbor, or take it to a nearby pickup point. Via the track & trace link, you can often reschedule or manage your delivery yourself.

Delivery Delayed?

We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Usually, this goes smoothly. However, delays can sometimes occur due to high order volumes, holidays, stock differences, or delays with the carrier. Keep an eye on your track & trace for the most up-to-date delivery info. Order not received?

Please check the following:

  • The status of your package via the track & trace link
  • The delivery address you entered
  • Whether a delivery notice was left by the carrier
