Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order?
Ordering via our webshop is easy: add your products to the shopping cart, enter your details, and select a payment method. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away.
What payment methods can I use?
You can securely pay using iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna Pay Later. Note: credit card payments are accepted up to a maximum of €500,-.
Can I order with 0% VAT as a business?
Yes, you can. Belgian entrepreneurs can make use of the intra-community supply arrangement. A valid VAT number is required, and delivery must take place at a Belgian address.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped, we can usually make adjustments. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I order using a company name?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can enter your company details and VAT number. You will automatically receive an invoice in your company name – ideal for your administration.
Shipping and Delivery
What is the delivery time of my order?
We ship within 1 to 2 working days. Most orders are shipped the same day. During holidays, busy periods, or in the case of backorders, it may take slightly longer.
What are the shipping costs?
For the Netherlands and Belgium:

€50,- to €150,- → €4.95

From €150,- → Free shipping
Partial Deliveries and Backorders
Sometimes, your order may contain products with different delivery times. In that case, we ship everything once the order is complete. Would you prefer to receive the in-stock items sooner? No problem. Just get in touch. In some cases, we can arrange a partial shipment – a small additional fee may apply.
Which carriers do you work with?
Our packages are delivered by UPS and GLS. It is not possible to choose a preferred carrier. We always select the most efficient shipping method based on your order content, destination, and delivery speed.
Can I track my package?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a track & trace link via email. Note: the tracking info may only become available after 9:00 PM, once the package has been scanned by the carrier.
What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
The delivery driver will usually try again later, leave it with a neighbor, or bring the package to a nearby pickup point. Via the track & trace link, you can often schedule a new delivery attempt.
What if my order is delayed?
This can occasionally happen due to high demand, holidays, or stock differences. Keep an eye on your track & trace for the most up-to-date information, and feel free to contact us if you’re unsure.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
Check the shipping address and the track & trace link. If the carrier indicates it has been delivered but you haven’t received anything, please contact us right away.
My order arrived damaged
That’s obviously not what we want. Please send us a message with photos as soon as possible, and we’ll provide a suitable solution.
Returns and Exchanges
How can I return a product?
You can register your return within 21 days of receiving your order. After that, you have 14 days to send the item back. Send an email to info@madefortools.com with your order number and (optional) reason for return.
What are the return conditions?
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Personalized or hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We believe this encourages more conscious shopping and helps reduce unnecessary returns.
Can I exchange a product?
The easiest way is to place a new order for the product you want and return the other item. Once we’ve received it in good condition, we’ll refund your original payment.
Warranty and Repairs
How long is the warranty period?
Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 6 to 24 months. Feel free to contact us if you’re unsure about your product.
What does the warranty cover?
Factory defects and technical faults that occur under normal use. Damage from misuse or wear and tear is not covered.
My product is defective – what now?
Send an email to info@madefortools.com with your order number, a short description, and – if possible – photos or a video of the issue. Together we’ll find a suitable solution, such as a repair, replacement, or forwarding it to the manufacturer.
Sustainability
What do you do in terms of sustainability?
A large part of our shipments is packaged using automated 3D laser measurement. This saves up to 30% in packaging volume and eliminates the need for filler materials – meaning less waste, less air shipped, and reduced CO₂ emissions.
We also work with carriers like UPS and GLS, who actively invest in cleaner vehicles and efficient delivery routes.
Why don’t you offer free returns?
By having customers cover return shipping costs, we encourage more mindful shopping. It helps prevent unnecessary returns and contributes to less waste.
